Suffering is glorified. Why?
Everyone must work. Why do we have a culture of sacrifice and pain? Why do we punish, rather than encourage?
Take student loan forgiveness, for instance. People argue against government forgiveness of loans in that “other people had to pay loans back” so therefore everyone in the future must suffer the same fate.
